BOOKINGS MADE BEFORE 30 APRIL 2004
All inquiries for accommodation will remain confirmed for (14) fourteen days. After (14) fourteen days your booking will automatically expire unless a deposit of 50% of the full total of your booking is received. A confirmation receipt and tax invoice will be remitted for the balance of your accommodation funds and will be required one calendar month prior to arrival date.
BOOKINGS FROM 1 MAY 2004
Reservations made after 1 May 2004 require 50% payment in 7 days with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the full amount is due within 7 days. Bookings will be immediately cancelled without notice if no payment is received.
PAYMENTS
Cheques should be made payable to Snowman Property Management Pty Ltd and sent to PO Box 405 Essendon or debited directly to our bank account. Credit Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. Just call our friendly consultant on 1 800 659 009.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation policies differ from property to property, however most properties adopt cancellation conditions similar to those below. If notice of cancellation is received in writing one calendar month or more prior to arrival date, the total cost less 15% will be refunded. If less than one calendar month notice is given, ALL MONIES PAID ARE FORFEITED. No other refund will be made except as described below. Travel Insurance is available, and is strongly recommended.
SNOW GUARANTEE
Like cancellation policies, the Snow Guarantee differs from property to property. Most properties that participate in the snow guarantee offer the following policy. If there are fewer than five lifts operational due to a lack of snow three days prior to the commencement of your ski holiday you may choose to receive a credit or full refund on all pre-paid accommodation and lift company products. Some properties featured in this brochure have slightly differing conditions in relation to the payment of refunds and may charge an administration fee for the processing of such a refund. Please check with your consultant when booking.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3.30pm.
CHECK OUT
Check out is STRICTLY 10.00am. There will be no refund for early checkout.
A late checkout fee may apply if the property is not vacated prior to or at this time.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Most properties at Mount Hotham require a security deposit in the form of a cash bond or credit card imprint prior to the handing over of a key to the property. The persons booking accommodation are responsible for any loss or damage to the property during their stay. Most major credit cards are accepted - Visa, Mastercard, and Bankcard, but some may differ from property to property. The credit card imprint will be destroyed 14 days after your departure provided the property is left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition. The property key will not be given to guests until the Security Deposit is processed.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend you inquire into obtaining travel insurance from your local travel agent or travel insurance provider. This can protect you against loss of personal belongings, personal and public liability and against the need to cancel. |
