Snowman Property Management Pty Ltd is a company that has been set up by Martin Culyer and John Deveson, who have been successfully servicing Mount Hotham customers and property owners for the past 15 years through their involvement in the following companies; Trekset Tours, Mount Hotham Snowbus, the Arlberg Hotham and the Mount Hotham Reservations Centre.

The aim of Snowman is to provide owners of investment properties and Mount Hotham customers a more personalized approach to the management of their properties and needs. We will manage and care for the property to the highest standards with particular attention to detail at departure inspections and make regular suggestions to enhance the property. We will ensure that inventories of crockery, cutlery and all other items are maintained to the best of our endeavours.

We will treat each property as if it were our own to ensure a superior level of care and management for all property owners at Mount Hotham.
