Hotham Freight – has teamed up with other national freight carriers to provide door to door service from any major urban areas in Australia . Luggage and equipment is collected from your client's door and transferred to their commercial or private accommodation at Mount Hotham and returned accordingly.

This service has been designed for clients flying, who have strict luggage weight limits.

Centrally located behind the Ford (day) Car park, the medical centre is extensively equipped and professionally staffed with ambulance and emergency facilities.

Oversnow transportation is not essential with the main road linking over 90% of accommodation. However oversnow luggage transport is available if required please ask your Snowman consultant for more details.

Extensive overnight parking is available with a free village bus service till 3 am from the car parks to back to your accommodation.

Limited supply available from the General Store. You are advised to top up before driving up the mountain to avoid disappointment.

The Mount Hotham Police Station is fully operational throughout the winter season and is located inside the Resort Management Building .

Located in the lower level of the Resort Management Building the shelter contains toilets, showers and a rest area.

Phones are located at various locations throughout Mount Hotham including Hotham Central, Big D and the Resort Management building. (Phone cards are available from Hotham Central Supermarket)

There are fully licensed supermarkets located in Hotham Central, The General, The Arlberg and at Brandy Creek , in Dinner Plain. They all provide a variety of fruit and vegetables and grocery needs as well as a limited range of beer and wines.

Mount Hotham 's Terrain Park is located under the Road Runner Chair Lift and Half Pipe under the Playground Chair. Easy access is available for both spectators and thrill seekers alike. The Swindlers Airport Jump is located below the Swindlers balcony.

Over 35 km of scenic, well maintained trails are available free of charge.
